Drops connection

Keeps dropping connection to cameras or cant even connect.
Go to the website on your ph and it works. Just never reliable on the ph.
This app has made me look bad so many times in front of customers that I can not support this company.
On top of that, there is no easy tech support help!!
What kind of company says we wont have a tech support department or make it easy for dealers to get help making there product work the way they showed us it would.
